What we have here is a really unique looking and rare 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon built by GR8TOPS. Production numbers for this year of the Unlimited Rubicon were around 6500. The factory specs on this LJ are: 4.0L I6 engine automatic transmission 64000 miles cruise tilt AC factory upgraded soundsystem with subwoofer black carpet and cloth seats Temp/compass lighted rear view mirror PR4 Jeep Factory Red Rubicon Package - front and rear Dana 44 axles 4.10 axle gear ratios 4:1 transfer case -Rock-Trac four-wheel drive system The aftermarket upgrades on this jeep are: 4" superlift suspension lift kit Mountain Offroad bumper/tire carrier combo - powercoated Nemesis Industries 3/16" thick tube steps & rocker guards - complete wrap under and mounted to body mounts 35" x 12.5" x 17" BF Goodrich KM2 Mud TAs (approximately 4000 miles) 17 x 8 JK Moab factory wheels professionally powdercoated black Front grill was sprayed with bedliner then automotive painted over top - chip resistant and unique look banks cold air intake The Jeep currently has a Hansen front bumper with a retro WARN 8274 winch and some LED driving lights. The front bumper, winch, and lights are NOT INCLUDED in the selling price of the Jeep and will be removed. A factory front bumper with factory fog lights will be remounted or if you buy something and ship it to us, we will mount it for you. Now to what makes this Jeep the eye candy it is. We are GR8TOPS and we make this hardtop. This was the first prototype Safari Cab we introduced for the LJ's. We used this jeep to initially create and fit the production molds for the Safari Cab. The Safari Cab that is on this LJ was the very first prototype top. Here at GR8TOPS, we love anything old school Jeep. The Safari Top oozes old school Jeep. Modeled after the Meyers hardtops in the late 70s and the World Cab hardtops that were on export Overlander CJ-8s and the rare Alaskan postal Scramblers, these unique looking hardtops give your Wrangler Unlimited LJ an appearance like nothing on the market today. This top has hardcore roots in (somewhat obscure) Jeep history. The retail price on the hardtop is $4100 plus about $1100 for installation and color match painting. The complete hardtop kit consists of the following basic body panels two side panels that wrap around the rear corners of the jeep and contain the side sliding windows and rear quarter windows two door surround panels that bolt to the side panels and attach to the windshield frame one roof panel complete with integrated drip rail and inner shell for mounting accessories one upper tailgate panel that contains the rear door window and which converts your tailgate into a full-height rear barn door This multi-panel design gives you two options on removing the top: 1. Each of the five panels that comprise the top can be unbolted individually to be removed from the Jeep.Safari Cab. 2. You can remove the whole hardtop at once like a traditional hardtop. Aside from the unique multi-panel design, these tops feature: sliding/screened side windows and four additional small windows easily removable rear barn door upper insert that opens with the tailgate integrated inner roof support system and center console that allows mounting of minor accessory items (CB, small switch panels etc) exterior finish of body panels to color match your Jeep Full disclosure. We bought this jeep as a repairable wreck with around 35000 miles on it several years back. It was hit "soft" above the rail, in the grill and fenders. We just replaced the following to repair and and had it back on road in about 2 days. 2 fenders, grill, radiator, condenser, headlights and turn signals. No airbags were blown nor any frame damaage. We basically bolted everything back on after getting parts from the paint shop. Reapplied and got a clear SC title back. It currently has a valid, clear SC regular title on it. NOT salvage but I'm guessing it probably has salvage history if you look at carfax or the history thingy when you put in the ebay for VIN information. I can provide "before" pictures if anyone requests. We've put over 45000 miles on it without any issues. Ebay requires that you actually list it as "reconstructed" "rebuilt" but the title is actually a clear title.
